Ed DeBee

Mr. DeBee is a founding director and shareholder of the DeBee Clark law firm in Oklahoma City and serves as its President. Mr. DeBee has practiced law in the State of Oklahoma since 1978. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. DeBee was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. Working for a major international accounting firm, Mr. DeBee acquired skills which continue to serve him in his practice as an attorney. After law school, Mr. DeBee attended New York University and earned his Masters of Law Degree in Taxation. Mr. DeBee has also obtained the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Mr. DeBee’s practice focuses on many different areas of business and commercial law, including
business organization and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, estate and wealth transfer planning, Federal Communications Commission, health care, lease finance, federal and state tax controversies, non-profit law and taxation and public private partnerships. In addition to the practice of law, Mr. DeBee donates his time and expertise to several charitable organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for many different charitable organizations.
