Tucker Link

Tucker Link serves as Chairman of Knightsbridge Investments Limited (KIL) and its wholly-owned subsidiaries and affiliates: Knightsbridge Chemicals Limited and Knightsbridge Resources LLC. He has extensive operating and senior management experience in the oil and gas, banking, financial services, investment banking, agriculture, and real estate industries.

 

Link previously served as President and CEO of Nimir Group Limited, an oil and petrochemical company with operations in South America, the Middle East, Northern Africa, and Kazakhstan. During this assignment, he successfully reorganized the holding company to maximize its asset value, culminating in the buy-out of Nimir Group in 2004 by Knightsbridge Group Limited.

 

In his role as chairman of Knightsbridge Investments Limited, Link managed a wide range of successful businesses operating in markets throughout the world:

  • Knightsbridge Chemicals Limited (KCL) is an international chemical manufacturing company operating in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan. KCL consisted of five chemical businesses manufacturing a wide range of industrial raw materials for the coatings industry, plastics (PVC) industry, fiberglass products, soaps, detergents, ceramics, and textile industries.

  • Knightsbridge Resources LLC is comprised of U.S.-based Knightsbridge Biofuels, LLC and its subsidiary, Ecogy Biofuels, LLC. These companies produced top-quality biodiesel for U.S. and world markets and had ownership interests in soybean processing facilities.

  • KiamichiLink Ranch was a registered Angus cattle breeding operation in Oklahoma. It became a leader in progressive genetic management, helping to pioneer advanced reproductive technologies for the industry, producing and selling frozen embryos and genetic material worldwide.

 

In previous assignments, Link served in the roles of President and Chief Executive Officer of several financial institutions, the largest having $3.5 billion in assets. He is also a proven entrepreneur. He has co-founded a financial advisory services company and a commercial consulting firm focused on acquisition and financing transactions and refinancing and restructuring transactions for various industry groups.

 

In his early career, Link was a certified public accountant and audit division supervisor for Peat Marwick Mitchell, working primarily with financial institutions in the United States. He holds a Certified Public Accountant designation (currently inactive) in the state of Oklahoma. He earned a bachelor’s degree with post-graduate credits from Oklahoma State University and was named a Distinguished Accounting Alum by the University in 2009.
